Returns/ Refunds Policy
We go to great lengths to ensure the quality of our products and your satisfaction with them. If you are not satisfied or feel the item is damaged, you may return product(s) within 30 days of the delivery date. We will fully refund or replace any products found to be faulty or damaged. Please notify us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will provide instructions on how to return your products. Kindly include your order number in the email.
Conditions for Return:
Your product(s) can be returned for a refund or exchange under the following conditions:
- 1. Products must be unopened and in their original condition.
- 2. Products must be sent back with a provided tracking number within 30 days of receiving the return instructions.
- 3. Proof of purchase/order information must be included with the return.
- 4. If applicable, provide a video or photo of the faulty product for proof.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Once we receive your returned package, refunds will be processed in the same form that you originally paid for your order within 10 business days. We will notify you via email or phone when the transaction is completed. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at email@example.com.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Cancelling or Amending Orders
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or amended to maintain a quick turnaround on order processing and shipping. Unwanted items after your order has been placed must be returned for a refund (please see the "Refunds" section above). Note that the cost of return must be paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty.
